Whether in-store or virtual, shopping habits have evolved. Retailers must respond with new strategies for retailing. It is no longer enough to satisfy customers. They demand to be surprised too, with a shopping experience that’s hard to forget.
Ms Debbie Kokoruda, design director of Proctor & Gamble, will share her perspective on the global trends in retailing; how design innovation is critical to staying ahead of the retail game; and the retail experience of P&G as one the world’s largest multi-national of consumer goods.
Two Singaporean retailers businesses and their respective design consultants will present their success stories in having used design to transform their business.
