Lee Siang is the Group Managing Director of ONG&ONG Pte Ltd, a multidisciplinary consultancy firm providing total solutions encompassing urban planning, architecture, engineering, landscape architecture and interior design.
A Past President of the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) and the Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC), he is currently the Chairman of DesignS, a Board member of the Board of Architects, Singapore, Chairman of the Campus Planning Committee and Board of Trustee for the new Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and 100% Design Singapore. Valued for his keen foresight and vast experience in the design industry, Lee Siang also sits on the board of the DesignSingapore Council.
Lawrence serves as CEO of Consulus, a global innovation and design firm, which specializes in redesigning business and organizational models for higher and sustainable growth. He is a featured keynote speaker at global events such as the World Marketing Summit, World Brand Congress, Business of Design Week, a Featured Columnist on ideas of innovation and design for Asian businesses. His insights appear regularly in regional media such as the TheEdge, Prestige Magazine, Radio938, Marketing, Business Times Singapore, VTC(Vietnam), Ceylon Today, Brunei Times. He is a featured thought leader on LinkedIn, and he served as the 8th President of Design Business Chamber Singapore from 2009 – 2013.

ShuFen is President of the Institute of Advertising Singapore, chairperson of the regional APPIES awards, and sits on several boards including Singapore National Gallery, Design Masterplan Committee and the MasterCard Digital & E-Commerce Advisory.
Nota Design Group
Prof. Keat Ong graduated as one of the top students in year 2000 with a Bachelor of Architecture (Honors) from Curtin University of Technology in Australia. He is the founder and managing director of Nota Design Group with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Brunei and China. Keat is currently the President for Society of Interior Designers, Singapore. He is also the Chairman for Singapore Interior Design Accreditation Council (2013 – 2014) as well as the Chair for Accreditation in Interior Design Confederation, Singapore. Keat has also been appointed the Honorary President for Yunnan Interior Design Industry Association as well as the International Academic Advisor to Chongqing Interior Design Enterprise Association.
Keat is the International Advisors for the Chengdu Creative & Design Week 2014 and Yunnan Design Week 2014. He is also the Expert Consultants for Kunming City Planning Bureau, Qujing City Planning Bureau and Huaihua City Planning Bureau. He sits in the International Executive Council in Asia Pacific Federation of Designers. Keat is also Visiting Professors in two China Universities and an External Assessor for University of Central Lancashire, UK. He is also the External Assessor and External Examiners for Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Lasalle College of the Arts and Singapore Polytechnic respectively, the first two being the largest Arts academy in Singapore.
As a multi-award winning designer, Keat have been invited as Chief Judges for the National Tertiary Institutions Interior Design Competition (Yunnan) 2013, Nippon Paint Young Designers Award (Asia) etc as well as the only few selected Asian Jury for the prestigious A’ Design Award & Competition, Italy. Keat was also recently been invited as one of the international judges for the Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards 2014 by Hong Kong Interior Design Association.
He is well featured in the Asian media, including television, newspaper, magazine interviews and features and have been Front Cover Personality for several magazines. Keat has received the Asia’s Top Designers 2014 by Design Business Chamber, Singapore. He has also recently been conferred the prestigious 2015 Perspective 40 Under 40 award for Architecture.
Creative EDGE Consultants Pte Ltd
Based in Singapore since the early 90’s, Derek has been an integral participant of the themed entertainment, events & heritage exhibition market throughout the Asia Pacific region. His early career development in Sydney involved a wide range of commercial, retail and government sector projects, which culminated in the iconic Australian Bicentennial Exhibition. His international exposure has included projects in Europe, Middle East as well as North & South Asia, such as the German and Japanese World Expos in 2000 and 2005 respectively. Following his long-term position after Pico’s Senior Creative Director, he was appointed principal consultant & managing director of Carini Design Consultants in 2008 as well as forming the Creative EDGE Consultancy group – an international collaborative linking specialists from the UK, Australia and Asia.
With over 30 years in the exhibition industry, his experience in themed environments, museum, exhibition, events and interior design has made him a multi-disciplined expert with regards to creative, technical and practical execution of projects, providing a holistic approach to developing and realising design projects. The RWS Maritime Experiential Museum production-design consultancy is testament to his ability to undertake complex, large-scale projects.

Chee Yung is Senior Vice President at CPG Consultants Pte Ltd & Managing Director at VIA+Signature Pte Ltd, a unique Transformational Experiential Design firm specialising in both high-end ID & Landscape work in Singapore focusing on immersive ‘Room in The Garden & Garden in the Room’ approaches. He is an Architect, Planner, Educator, Nature Champion, Integrated Landscape and Garden Designer with extensive work in Singapore & the Region ranging from Complex Integrated Projects like Knowledge Campuses, Healthcare; to Lifestyle Oriented Designs like Residential Townships, Urban & Waterfront Mixed Commercial Developments; to Institutions like Museums, Botanic Gardens and Iconic Themed Parks. He is a multiple GreenMark Platinum Award Winner, won the SIA-NParks Skyrise Greenery Award 2009, LEAF Awards 2014 ( Outstanding), CTBUH & RIBA International Design Award for Solaris@one-north and Futurearc Awards for Bay East Gardens. His writings on Social Capital & Sustainable Design have been featured in SA Journal and he continues to be active in SIA as Council Member, Chairman of Practice Convention 2016, Co-Chair of Education Thrust, and member of GreenMark 2015 work groups. Sue-Ann assists clients across various industries in supervising and managing their local and international intellectual property portfolios. She is also actively involved in developing and implementing effective intellectual property protection and enforcement strategies both locally and worldwide for her clients.
Sue-Ann regularly assists clients in conducting clearance searches for trademark, patents and designs, evaluating and advising on the results, implementing global intellectual property filing programs, and prosecuting and maintaining her client’s intellectual property.
Her practice also includes advising clients on corporate intellectual property matters, including drafting deeds of assignment, licence, franchising and distributorship agreements and co-existence agreements. She also has experience in the technology and telecommunications field, having assisted multi-national companies in regulatory issues, reviewing and drafting IT services agreements, software licence agreements, privacy policies and website terms and conditions.
Sue-Ann enjoys engaging with business owners and is regularly involved with the Design Business Chamber, Franchising and Licensing Association (Singapore) and European Chamber of Commerce (Singapore) to provide their members with legal advice.

Wilfred is from IE Singapore’s Lifestyle Business Group. Since joining IE in 2014, Wilfred has organized business missions to US and Myanmar, and has been on business development and study trips to China and Thailand. Prior to joining IE Singapore, Wilfred worked in Sales and Marcomms roles in both public and private sector organizations. Wilfred graduated from the Singapore Management University, and reads and runs for leisure.
